Morning Interval Run

run.vince.run just finished a 11.71km run, that lasted for 69 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 966.5 calories.

Description from Strava: We missed last weeks interval run but it wasn't raining this morning so we had no excuse to miss todays run. We did get there and didn't see anyother cars around so lacked a little motivation to keep going but we got out of the car and did the session as planned:

  • Warm up
    2.5km

  • Main set
    2x(1km steady-fast/200m easy)
    2x(800m steady-fast/200m easy)
    2x(600m steady-fast/200m easy)
    2x(400m steady-fast/200m easy)

  • Cool down
    My running was a little weird though, each time I ran steady, I ran fast pace, and each time I tried fast pace, I ran at steady pace. Maybe the hills or wind were playing a factor, or possibly my GPS was simply not working 100%.

I have started to work strava2hive and hive into my strava description. I almost have a couple of hundred followers on strava and am fairly well known in our local community might help promote Hive a bit to see if others are interested
