run.vince.run just finished a 4.19km swim, that lasted for 65 minutes.
This swim helped run.vince.run burn 298.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Lot's of racing and walking today, and lots of rain again as well. We did park run this morning and am really happy to be getting some pace back. We then headed over the bridge to take on "swim the shore", a 3.8km swim in Auckland.
The weather has been a little better but still a bit if rain around. We walked to the start and it was nice the rain held out for the 45 minute walk down. The swim was a little choppy not enough to really effect my pace. I swam well and made 37th overall.
And with all that, now I'm getting Mexican for dinner.
