Description from Strava: Back doing my speed work after a spin class. Today was a decending laddar.
4 minutes on, 3 minutes recovery
3 minutes on, 2 minutes recovery
2 minutes on, 1 minute recovery
1 minute on, 1 minute recovery

  • keep repeating 1 minute efforts to the end of your workout.

  • no need for a warm-up cause I am doing a spin class before hand.
    Trying to build up to about 40 minutes in time.

I struggle to do a 6 minute km on a treadmill. I have a constant fear of flying off the back of it! 😃
