Description from Strava: That was a lot better this week. I tried this run last week and started off too fast so I ended up struggling with the second half.
Again I was aiming for five repeats of 13 minutes at race pace, with a 3 minute job in between.
Last week I simply took off too hard and just fell apart by the third repeat. Today, I made sure I started a lot easier. It was still a tough session and I will try to do it a couple more times before race day.
