That is one big run you put in there today, talk about long distance. Glad you got through it so well and that heart rate stayed right in zone 2! Great job! With everything that's going on things may become more and more difficult to keep to that training schedule, but you have other things in life far more important right now.

It probably felt good to get out and run off a lot of that stress you have. I'm hoping for the best tomorrow for you two, and hopefully the will have some positive news! Let me know how those results come out tomorrow!
