Women's Feedback After Learning Self Defense
If life is like riding a bicycle, you have to ride and keep your balance. At the same time, you have to make sure you do not fall down on the ground. If you fall down from the bicycle, you will get hurt.
We all are in different stages of life. No matter where we are, we have to move forward. Sometimes we may face obstacles on the way. We have to face that to move forward. We do not expect to be in a situation where we have to fight to defend ourselves. Still, we might face a situation like this in our life.
If someone attacks you or try to hurt you, it is better to be prepared to face that. You can learn self defense. Then you are prepared and know what to do in a situation like this.
Let's watch this video where women share their opinions and feelings after learning self defense.
When someone tries to attack you or kidnap you, somehow he gets close to you. Don't let anyone get into your personal space if you are not comfortable with.
If you raise your hands forward, that's your personal space. If a guy or girl gets into your personal space, he or she can attack you from there. Of course, if they have a gun and want to shoot someone, they can do that from distance. Here we are talking about the normal situation.
You can use your voice and body language as a defense. If a guy comes close to you and you are not comfortable with, you can say NO, that way you say it, that matters. Your body language and voice give him a signal that you are not an easy catch.
Always be aware of your surroundings and it gives you an advantage when it comes to self defense. So be aware of where you are. If you feel something is not right, you can get out there pretty fast.
In this above video, women give their feedback about learning self defense. They are more confident after learning self defense. One mom said, her daughter will go to college, she wants her daughter to be prepared and that's why they are learning self defense.
