Simple Self Defense Techniques You Should Know

When you are prepared for that, you are ready to face the situation. Life is beautiful. Sometimes what we have, we take that for granted and unfortunately, we do not realize that unless you lose that. So be grateful for what you have.

When it comes to self defense, you can use what you have, AKA, your hand, palm, finger, fist, elbow, leg, knee, shoulder, or your body weight, you can use that to defend yourself.

As you know, I usually share a video and talk about different aspects of self defense so that it would be easier to understand. Let's watch this video. We will talk about different situations and self defense techniques in that situation.

We all want to stay safe and stay away from any sort of trouble. Sometimes we have no options, except face the situation and do something about it.

Situation 1

If someone grabs you from the behind, you can use the hill of your foot to hit to the attacker's leg or groin and do elbow strike.

You can use another technique to defend yourself in this situation. The attacker grabs you from the behind and in order to get rid of that, you can squeeze your shoulder, it will give you some space. Now raise your both hands up with force. The attacker cannot hold you anymore. Then do elbow strike and leave that place as soon as possible.

Situation 2

Someone grabs your throat and holds you against the wall. Grab the attacker's wrist, apply pressure, hit to the groin and strike. When you practice this with your training partner, it works. Your partner grabs your throat but does not apply pressure. The thing is, when you get attacked, the attacker will not show mercy and apply pressure on your throat. If you cannot breathe, it would be difficult to use any technique.

So what can you do to make the technique work for you?

You can tight your throat and make it hard so that you can still breathe and now use the technique.

Let's talk about another technique that you can use in this situation. As soon as the attacker grabs your throat, tight your throat, grab one finger of the attacker's both hands and pull it outside. The attacker has to move his hands away from your throat. Then you can strike the attacker and get out of there.

Situation 3

Two guys stop you on your way and ask for something. Now you can strike them as a defense. You can use what you are good at. You can kick to their knees, do elbow strike, palm strike or whatever you like. And get out of there as soon as you can.

@rezoanulvibes hello dear friend. You are very right, life is beautiful and we also have only one, it is not a renewable resource, you have to be grateful and take care of it.

In matters of defense, everything is valid and allowed, you do not mention it, but a little dirt in the eyes of the attacker is a good option, or biting the ear is another thing that works.
