You must've seen a lot of people bench press by now, the bench press is the most common workout out there, but this variation, the Underarm Grip Bench Press is the rarest workout ever. In all my years I've never seen anyone do it. Not once!
The only place I get to see it is online. Even after performing it at a gym and people ask me about it none of them ever tries it out for themselves 😂😂.
It feels a lil awkward, though, truth be told. But it's a good exercise and it biases the upper chest.

A girl can, but I don't think a girl should, so she doesn't build even the slightest upper body musculature and lose her femininity.
That’s a wild one. The underarm grip bench press is like trying to lift with mittens, it’s got zero practical use, but damn if it doesn’t target that upper chest in a way most people never even consider. I’d try it just to see what the awkward feels like. Then again, I’m probably one bench session away from asking why I started.
