humid short fartlek
These days the priorities are reversed. Running has the last priority and reporting the runs has even less importance.
In June there are 11 runs and 6 cycling trips that are left unreported. Will they ever be featured on @xhaust? Who knows ...
Among those exercises two merits utmost exposure. They were both official mountain trail runs with a very high grade of difficulty. Yet somehow I lack the power to write a full article about them.
This evening, after an eventful day, the run came last. A short spell on asphalt with variable pace. That's why I called it a fartlek.
The cover photo is not from the run, of course. It's just a coffee that I had during my lunch break. It was delicious.
Proof of Run on Strava
All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
there's a drink called a "fartlek"? That's awesome, looks tasty too.
Is it really? Interesting :)
