I started off easy then tried to hold a faster 6 minute pace. It did not last very long before my heart rate started to climb out of zone 2 so I just slowed right down and took it really easy again.

I seem to be having better luck with my stacking of hive than my longer runs at the moment.

The weather after the run was perfect for a bit of a swim and cool down. I didn't get a photo but we saw a dugong swim past enjoying itself as well.

I"m glad you slowed down to a pace that I can actually achieve. I also remain jealous of your scenery!

I want to build a big slow base then slowly add some faster stuff for a bit of fun. We are heading into our winter, cooler days but still war in the sun
