This seems very wise to me:
You see, my objective whenever I do any exercise is to not end up hating it. Therefore when I feel like walking, I walk.

yeah buddy. If we hate the exercise that we are doing we are not going to want to do it. For a lot of people the results are the only thing that matters and they punish themselves to get that way. For normal people though, this is impractical.
