Season 16: Group Phase Match Days 1 & 2 Highlights
Hello Players and Fans,
Season 16 of @macfit starts tomorrow (Thursday, April 11). let's review the 4 groups and see the fixtures for the first two days of competition.
The schedule has been generated from https://tournamentscheduler.net. I used an option that results in the two top seeded players meeting on the last Match Day. This said, the seeding order may not reflect the current power of the participants.
Group A
@danmaruschak had been a very strong candidate for the recent @poliac Championship until he got an injury. Has he recovered and is he ready to compete 100%?
The second seed, @browery, very narrowly missed the 3rd place in the latest @poliac. Does it make him eager to win here or did discouragement crawl in?

On paper, @bucipuci is the biggest name here. However, he has been sick recently and is on recovery. Would he allow two players who advanced from the qualifications - @trezzahn and @svanbo - to take advantage of his resting time? The other 3 players are only looking forward to seeing him lose points.

@manuvert finished the recent @poliac with the silver medal. @masoom and @actifit-godfish both advanced - in style! - from @poliac Silver to Golden league.
This group represents 4 continents - Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. I'd suggest that players from the former 3 continents publish their report "the day after"
