@new.things just finished a 8.15km run, that lasted for 67 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 539.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals on my Hive hill. 6x400m. It makes a big difference when someone joins in. I struggled to get near 5 minute pace by myself, but when a fellow parkrunner saw me and joined in, I got 3 of them under 5-minute pace.

You can join Hive, connect your Strava and Hive accounts via the @strava2hive app, start posting about your achievements, and get crypto tokens as a reward (Hive and HBD). Then sell them on coinspot for $Aud.
Another small increase in overall mileage, No niggles but I think I need to consolidated at this level for a while and not push to high too soon.

but I am happy for my Hive stats to continue climbing as fast as possible.
I see geerly has a nice little strava add but it only counts the workouts I make public.

🏃 2025→88 km ⤴🏔️ 1,121 m • May→13 km • Wk19→8 km

Nice. I have a workout on a local hill and I used to be able to get up there at under 5min/km. I'd like to get back to that. Keep it up!

Hills are hard but a really good bag for your effort. I am getting there slowly.
