The stretching and flexibility of the abdominal muscles is achieved with an adequate exercise process, being of urgent need, since they are used in all sports and actions of daily life, therefore if we reinforce them we will feel good, lighter and we will be able to move more easily, in that sense, to help us exercise the abdominal muscles, the Vajrasana posture or the diamond and its variant is recommended, sitting on the heels, flexing the torso backwards, gently turning the waist, extending arms to one side, joining the palms of the hands. When the abdominal muscles are stretched and relaxed, their internal organs are protected, which are vital for health, among which stand out; the stomach, kidneys, liver, pancreas and intestines, we also improve posture and maintain a more balanced body, since the abdominal muscles are part of the support of our trunk. It is good to state that it is also very important to keep them stretched and strengthened, since they have the specific movement of trunk flexion forward, laterally and in its rotation, also acting as a stabilizer of the same and of the lumbar region.

In that order of ideas, to stretch and make the abdominal muscles more flexible, it is opportune to continue emphasizing the importance of the Vajrasana posture or the diamond and its variant, flexing the torso backwards, with the buttocks resting on the heels of the feet, while we keep one arm extended laterally, gently turn the waist, to stretch the other arm, proceeding to join the palms of the hands, taking the gaze upwards. With them, in addition to helping to exercise the abdominal muscles, for their stretching and flexibility, they tone the muscles of the back, knees and ankles, improve digestion, relieve sciatica pain, help improve respiratory processes, calm the mind and relieve anxiety. Motivated by the importance of the aforementioned asanas, it is very evident that they must be developed to continue healing us physically and mentally. Successes.

Completion of the meditation process

It is imperative to meditate, before developing the body warm-up process, to help us relax and calm the mind, on this occasion, two very binding postures are offered, of which the one that is in accordance with our flexibility can be performed, said asanas they develop as follows; Sitting with a straight back, we bend the right leg to take the foot on that side with our hands, resting it on the thigh of the left leg, while we flex the left leg to place the right foot on top of the left leg, forming the flower of lotus or Padmasana, if they consider that it has some difficulty, we can place the right foot with the leg bent, under the left leg, forming the half lotus flower posture or Padmasana, both are considered very good to meditate, strengthen the abdominal muscles and from the back, logically they help us to reflect and analyze the following writings:

1).-"If you begin to understand that the mind creates everything, they will begin to feel that everything is in your hands".
2).-"Let's aspire to what is eternal, everything that does us good".
3).-"Being at peace does not mean a life without problems. Peace means that despite the apparent tiredness, we must have the inner certainty that everything will be fine, because when there is peace, there is calm in the hearts".
