What's up basketball world! For today's training, we will have a training video featuring "MUST DO Dribbling & Conditioning Drill | Improve Your Ball Handling" by Pro Training Basketball. Using this tutorial, we're going to give you a dribbling and conditioning drill that can improve your ball-handling. So, let's get right into it.

Alright, so for this drill today, you're going to need a basketball and you're going to need some space on the court. You can use this drill in the team practice if you have a coach and you got a lot of players. But for this video, I'm gonna explain to you how to do this drill with just yourself.

So, for this drill, you're going to start on the right side of the lane about three feet out. Luckily for us, we got these volleyball lines on the court so we can use these but I want you to start about three feet outside of the lane. You're going to start with the ball in your outside hand you're going to take five dribbles. So, one two three four five and then you're going to do a crossover of your choice. For this drill, we’re just going to do between the legs crossover and that's one. So, I'll go to five, one two three four five, do it between the legs crossover, slam the ball down on the white line and I'm going to defense slide all the way across the lane to the other white line, touch it and go back. And when I get back, I'm going to add a rep so I'm going to go five dribbles again, one two three four five then I'm going to go between the legs twice and then I'm going to slam it down. And then I'm going to slide again.

All right, you can do this drill all the way up to ten. Or you can do it for five. And if you got a coach you can call out random numbers and you do those reps. And then you go down and back but for the sake of this drill, watch the video so you guys can see what I'm talking about.
