80KG Inclined for Reps

This is a video of me lifting 80KG on the incline bench for reps. And may I add: like it is nothing ππππ.
When I started lifting weights I didn't have gym bros to really discuss weight lifting with and I used to calculate the weight I lift by how many is on one side, and I never used to include the weight of the barbell itself. For example there is 30kg each on both sides of the barbell and the barbell itself is 20kg. Back then I'll say I was lifting 30Kg, instead of 80.
This miscalculation made me look at heavy weights like they were way less. Imagine lifting 80 but thinking it was 30. This made me really strong because I thought I was lifting way lesser weight than I was lifting π .
The End

"Bro! the fact that you were lifting 80 thinking it was 30 is actually insane π, you were built different without even knowing it. πͺ
That's right! ππ
Curated!
Good work bro, keep it up, that weight is no joke!
!BEER
That's right! π Thank you π€
Calculating weights that way still makes me chuckle.
Hahahaha. It makes me laugh now too, but that helped the shit out of me ππ
