really slow backyard run

After work, and before going out in the evening, it was time for a run. I didn't really want to go 7 K but #poprzeczka count was reachable so I did it. Slowly, with some walk, and stops. Came back home just in time for my next appointment - flotation session.

It's fire salamander time and weather!
