Happy start of the week, dear community of full sports, I have the pleasure to share a video where I perform a routine to burn fat and tone the whole body, this routine is complemented with several movements that I practiced in tabata mode with a stopwatch which alerts me to change movement, very good routine and very dynamic combining exercises to tone and cardio to maintain a short resistance; I hope you like it a lot without saying more join me.

Dear community I share with you this excellent routine perfect for toning the whole body, I performed these exercises in tabata mode, first I started with a brief warm up where I performed shoulder rotation, hip rotation, knee touch with elbows, heel touch, I performed these movements in 8 repetitions each; then I started my routine with 4 movements that I performed with the music of tabata guided by the stopwatch and leaving a rest time of 10 seconds, the movements to perform weremovements to perform were: squat with arm lift, high plank with adductions, lunge with arm lift, power jump; these were my exercises to perform with the tabata mode, they are very good to burn fat and tone the whole body.
