Matching Strava cycling jerseys with @run.kirsty.run and we were also trying to get a matching pic with our other favorite ginger #rustythecat.

It's been a pretty good day even though we had a little bit on. I've been running some open water swim sessions with the Tri Club and today was perfect conditions at 8am for a swim. The wind was nice and calm and we have had a nice small group swimming with us.

A couple of hours later we were heading out for our bike ride and the wind was a little strong. We were only out for two hours so pushed hard and did a quick time for our usual route. Time to relax up because it's been a big week and I still have to get some running done tomorrow.

Yep there was a good couple of hours break between them so would usually take a smaller break for a brick workout

Yep, 100% triathlon. Average across swim, bike and run, but combined as one sport I am better

well I've been in a couple of triathlons but in the past year I have taken my focus almost entirely to bodybuilding. In many ways I am a bit disappointed about this choice because my flexibility and cardio has gone completely out the window as a result. I am happy at the muscle mass increase but I think I may actually turn this around and go back to cardio. The looking good in the mirror thing is rewarding, but I think actually being healthy would probably be better.

I'm relatively certain that I couldn't even do a half tri at the moment.
