After competition day: January 31 2022

A more complicated Monday run than usually... Maybe because yesterday une been running a few kms more ? Because I had a week of 45+ km? Definitely feeling more tired but anyway right in scheme with 12km at a constant 4'44"/km... Not sure what Wednesday is going to bring. Will try to rest a bit tomorrow.

I miss running for sure! Got a bad knee now so I can’t do it at the moment but hopefully one day. Looks like a beautiful place to have a competition!

The knee is a very weak sport for runners...
This competition was in and around Campos, this is the interior part of Mallorca islands, let's call it the fields around the village ;-)
Most of the route was on asfalt though this photographer definitely has an eye for the right spot. I don't recognize it even.... Probably was suffering too much. Must be somewhere around km 3-4 where I was suffering a bit because of the high starting rhythm, and falling back...
