Use Your Natural Reaction For Self Defense
If something is about to fall into your eyes, you close your eyes. You do that automatically. Again if someone punches you and you see the punch is coming towards you, you move back. That's the natural reaction. You want to defend yourself from danger.
When you learn self defense, you can use that natural reaction and add some moves with that so that you can defend yourself effectively. For example, you move back as a response of defending yourself against a punch. If you are taught that you can move back and a little to the side of your opponent as a defense and counter-attack. Now if you train like that, what will happen? Next time someone throws a punch, you move back a little to the side and counter-action instantly.
There are different things we do everything. We see people doing that. And we do the same thing. Something you do for years, those moves are already inside you. Maybe you are not aware of that. The thing is, you can use those moves in a fight for self defense.
There are some comment attacks. Those are not so violent but could put you in a vulnerable position if you do not know what to do. If someone tries to kidnap you and you are in a public place, the attacker might grab your hand and tell you to go with him.
So what do you do in this situation?
Just think what would be your natural reaction? You do not want to go with him and you pull your hand. It's a natural reaction that you pull your hand if someone grabs your hands. The thing is, only pulling your hand might not help you get rid of his hand.
In this situation, you can use some techniques for self defense. Now instead of pulling, move your hand in a circle towards the attacker's thumb. The attacker will not be able to hold your hand anymore. Then you can call the police or get out of there as soon as you can.
Living in fear is the worst thing that could happen to anyone. No matter what you do like doing a job, being an entrepreneur, operator of your business or anything if you live in fear, you cannot perform at your optimal level. And if anything happens to someone in your family, not only that person, the whole family, relatives, and friends suffer because of that.
We all want to be happy and live a happy life. Just be aware of your surroundings and learn some self defense, you will be in a better position to deal with unfavorable situations. It affects your personal life as well as professional life positively.
