Hunger to do sports: October 4 2022

After a weekend full of supporting the children and watching them participating I'm feeling more to do something myself. It's a bit complicated with the recent dental implant, my problems with my Achilles Heels (that seem to get better) and my hip problem, for which I'll finally get radiology and a CT-scan to find out what will be the real problem, but I considered some cycling would not harm. 35km at a good rhythm (considering that I haven't been cycling for about two weeks again) and maybe that'll be the end of the season again in terms of riding after work since at 19h30 it's getting dark already...
