8x 500m: November 17 2023
After the 400m series from last week today was the day for 500's. Fortunately I can count on the trainingsgroup which I can chase. I wanted under 1'45" and did the first 6 in 1'43". The 7th I pushed 1'40" and the last one 1'36". Let's see how long I can keep the pace on the cross on Sunday and I'm actually already looking forward to test on a 1500m. Even though I've got questions with the long test times of 1'30"-1'40"... But now I need to avoid that the half marathon is going to interfere with this 1500m and the crosses... On the pictures my team mates are already preparing the cross in Ibiza. Unfortunately at the same day as the one I'm thinking in Sa Pobla, Mallorca #AliveAndThriving #alive
