Double cross: November 19 2023

Today was the first cross of the season, breaking with the tradition this being the cross in Marratxi... Off to Sa Pobla for a cross in great climatological circonstances! I was enjoying so much during my 6k competition (3'58"/km) that I decided 15' later to participate as well in the absoluta (another 8km at 4'26"/km). Actually I did what I was planning to do next week because I'll be skipping Friday training, but now with an 8*500m Friday training and a 1500m on Saturday... 14km cross and counting up to over 55km this week! And apart from these 14km another 14k steps! #AliveAndThriving #alive
