With competitions on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, so 3x competition in 5 days ahead (and having had a 18,5km treasonous last Wednesday, today was an offday with only 6 km slow run. So let's talk about something different :-) I wanted to try something different than the usual steaks, entrecôte, picanha, etc. and found this Black Angus "Vacío" in the shop... I was worried about the cut (not thick enough) but it turned out to be a great piece of meat! #AliveAndThriving #alive
