4*1000m and 3000m: March 13 2024
I had to start without warning up because I was late and Xisco had been doing already 2 out of 6 series... He slowed down a bit doing my first series in 4'20" and after that we gradually picked up pace to do my 4th one in 4'02". That's a confortable pace but I wanted to test what would be my leave if I'd be doing a 3000m on the grass. I started fast at 3'40" but I had to slow down a bit after 1-1,5km. This means that I could absolutely not afford this on Saturday in the 10k... Feeling I was nearing the end I picked up place again and with a fast 500m I clocked an average of 3'41"/km. Happy but hoping to get recovered till Saturday...
