No risks with my hamstring yet during a 10km relaxing run with my friend Biel. If the recuperation is going well, we'll do series on Wednesday. On Friday we've got the company's Christmas party, so no training before the weekend with a 3000m on the track on Saturday and a cross on Sunday... Treating myself well tonight with the home made sobrasada and a Gulden Draak Cuadrupel #AliveAndThriving #alive
