1500m in the sun on the track: January 29 2023

It's still cold, but a sunny day is very nice certainly after a cold grey, rainy Saturday. Unfortunately it didn't help to run faster. At least not after the first 300m... I just wanted to stay a few 100 meters in the pack not to take the wind all by myself but already these 300m were way too fast for me! 54 seconds and I should pass at about 58". What follows is only suffering, although I caught one back :-)

Yeah Saturday being a complete off day with all this cold rain, and Sunday sun was shining and not a lot of wind !wine !LUV !LOL
