Stressy at work, slowly on running: January 30 2023

Since I had to prepare tomorrow's trip all at the last moment and I had to do some things still during work, it was a stressy day today. I had to make an appointment with they consulate and book my flights for tomorrow. This made me getting behind with work and not able to catch up any more... In the afternoon we had a slow training because it is Monday, but as well because Rafa ran 30km in the mountains yesterday. I wouldn't be able to move a foot if I were doing that the previous day! #alive #AliveAndThriving
