Tired legs: March 15 2023

Difficult training with tired legs. Difficult to start alone and more difficult to complete when one is tired and the legs don't respond. It would have been a different story when someone is there to accompany me. I think I'm missing out a lot not having a good training group. I'll be doing a 10km on Sunday not to loose shape. After that there are 10 more days before to go to Poland for the cross country race. #AliveAndThriving #alive
