Precompetition training a bit different: March 17 2023

Today I've decided to do my precompetition training slightly different. My friend Ramón wanted to take it easy and since I had been doing already my series on the cross, instead of going to the University campus I went for some jogging with him on the road. We did 9km and I continued a bit alone slightly increasing the rhythm. On Sunday I'll do a 10km here in Palma. I'm sure I can't pick up the pace, so it'll be a last preparation for the World championship cross country in Poland at 27th March, starting at a rhythm of 3'55"/km and we'll see what the race brings... At least that's the plan... #AliveAndThriving #alive
