10km ending with a 3'32": May 15 2023

Today I thought we weren't going to go too fast and that was good after the 15km I've been running yesterday... After about 5 km anyway the pace picked up and the last 3km really were fast, the last one even really very fast at 3'32"/km. This means that the endurance is getting straight for the 5000m, pace starts to pick up for at least 2-3 km and apart of testing this in series on Wednesday, I'll definitely need rest... It must be the mustaches... #AliveAndThriving #alive
