Training Triathle: September 14 2023
Today we had the first out of the Triatle training tests which will keep us busy for the next two Thursdays! 1x 1 round of shooting, swimming and running and 2x 2 rounds of the same. Short distances but anyway heavy stuff... Blisters all around, that's the bad news for the continuity on our run trainings. We'll see tomorrow and during the weekend if we can tackle this issue... #AliveAndThriving #alive
