Recuperation round and a short fartlek: October 2 2023

First I wanted to check out how I've been recuperating from the triathlon from last Saturday, which resulted to be successful... So at the end of the training session I decided to pick up some pace. Not bad, let's see if I can do some series on Wednesday in preparation to the 10k championship at 12th October... #AliveAndThriving #alive
