15km City run: October 14 2023

I didn't feel like running but at the same time I know I need to if I want to be prepared for the crosses. My daughter didn't want to keep me company cycling so I needed to oblige my son lol.
In the end I did my 15k tour to the harbour and back. Slow pace 5'/km was fast enough after the disaster last Thursday...the picture is from the mountain run last week #AliveAndThriving #alive
