Second swim this week: March 21 2024
2 swim sessions and I'm noticing a difference in how easy or difficult I'm going. If now I'd start picking up pace... But in the first place I did it to recover well from yesterday's training which has been hard enough. This weekend there are two more competitions waiting for me...

That I only would take a shower at home? In the morning yes, but in the afternoon/evening, I generally take a showar after running or swimming, both not at home...?... I must admit that in these cases I generally don't take off my watch. It's a bit odd, now that I consider it.... !LOL !LUV !BBH
