Today I ran a competition which I've been running in 2017 and 2019 and even if it's a hard one I'm happy to repeat. 10,2 kms and with quite some challenges (uphills). Exactly 41' and 3'59"/km. My son has run the 4,2km race at a 5'07" pace. Not bad for an 8 year-old at this circuit...#AliveAndThriving #alive

I run for fun and to give the good example to my children, so that they see what it takes to reach something and how it is to pluck the fruits when they're training well.... Anyway these "fruits" are a bit limited for me, but something is something. !LUV
