Sunday swim and #cycling Monday running: September 18 2023
Yesterday at midnight I came one minute late to post my Sunday steps :-(
It was a usual sporty Sunday with a swim in the morning and some #cycling in the afternoon... On Monday back to the track - at least next to it but I feel like I'm too tired to start to train in conditions, certainly when I've got to do it alone... Time for some power food : steamed mussels! #AliveAndThriving #alive
