Finally long series: November 29 2023
It took a long while and it even didn't look like it was going to happen but today finally I did some long series (3x 5000m) I came too late for warning up (expected) and Xisco's first round so my first series were only 4500m and 4'25"/km average was fast enough without warming up, but three minutes after that we corrected the next 5000m with a 4'10"/km average at a comfortable pace for both. I told Xisco I'd go for another 3km on my own maintaining this pace but quickly I saw that I could maintain about 4'/km and considered it wouldn't be bad to continue for 5km to complete the series. The last kilometer I pushed even a bit harder and got to an average of 3'58". Pretty well I'd say. Cooling down extended to a total of 18,5km and relatively feeling OK. Good feelings for the half marathon of next week, I can only hope the weather will be this fine as well!... At the pictures some kids from my new club for 2024 #AliveAndThriving #alive

I think that providing a longer text increases the chances of bigger curation on your #Actifit report, and the number of pictures does not matter for as long as you have at least one picture on your post. 🤔🤓 !PGM !HUG

You can probably get tips and tricks for your #Actifit reports by looking at the Payouts feed of the Actifit community. 🤔 Most of them have long captions (which are separated into paragraphs). 🤓😏

That reminds me of how often you are able to avail of vacation leave and sick leave per year. 🤔 I noticed that in some countries, you need to use up all your available leaves within the same year or they will be forfeited soon in the succeeding year. 🤓 There are also countries where you can avail your sick leaves for any reason (or no reason at all), even if you aren't sick at all. 😏 !PGM !LUV

I didn't know that there were an established quantity of days that one could (pretend to?) be sick...
When I'm too sick to work, I stay home, otherwise I go to work.... lol
I know not everyone is like me so the suggestion to have an established quantity which you can be rewarded as holidays when you haven't been sick, is not bad at all!! !BEER
In most places where a reason has to be provided to avail of sick leave, the employee may simply state that he or she needs to rest to avoid actually getting sick. 🤓😏

I mean that would be the normal thing to do and as an employer I would ask that...
In my specific case it's a bit different. If I'd be sick, I'd stay at home (letting my boss know obviously) and that's it. Since he would expect me to follow up on my work anyway I wouldn't have to go to a doctor for a proof... !PGM !LUV

The easiest thing to do is to connect with Strava. Almost all brands enable an integration with Strava and people can also directly connect their telephone to Strava or even manually upload their activities if their device would have no integration with Strava or when their device would have been failing somehow. !wine !LUV

According to this comment, the Hive blockchain in 2020 prints 10% of all HIVE (in circulation) as inflation per year and will be reduced by about 0.50% per year until it hits 1%. 🤓

Oh I think I didn't dive deep enough into the matter of how quick after a post I should curate... On the other hand, having my automated voting set up, I'm actually voting a lot after 5 minutes, meaning I'm always within this 24h limit with these votes.... Every vote received by a post or comment after 24 hours (but within 7 days) from time of posting doesn't affect the author rewards. 🤓
Instead, every curator who voted before 24 hours earns more from their votes, and every curator who voted after 24 hours (but within 7 days) earns less because a percentage of their vote value goes to all previous curators (apart from the author which always receives 50% of the votes from curators), whose exact percentage depends on how close to the payout time of the content the curator has casted their vote. 😏

Yes. 😀 The closer to the payout time a vote is cast after 24 hours from the time the post or comment, the more percentage goes to all the previous curators, with those who voted within the first 24 hours of the content gets the most curation rewards. 🤓 That also means that if one votes for a content a minute before the content payout time, he or she will get virtually zero curation rewards unless he or she is the only voter for the comment and the vote is at least $0.02. 😏 !PGM !CTP

In this case it isn't interesting to vote for a post after a few days anymore if one wants to earn curation rewards. On the other hand, the writer still gets his author rewards, which is the most important when upvoting.... !LUV !CTP
