If you follow me and read my posts, you know I usually talk about martial arts and self defense. Sometimes I talk about fitness, lifestyle and business. Whatever you do in life, you want to stay healthy and safe.

In my last post, I talked about different kicks for self defense. And a couple of days ago, I made a post about elbow strike for defense, prevent and strike. Now I'm going to share a video where you see elbow strike, kick, punch, palm strike and so on.

If you read about martial arts, but if you do not put it into action, meaning practice martial arts, you cannot use it when the time comes. You have to learn those strikes first and make your movement correct. Then you can do it fast with power. Speed and power are so important in defense and strike that without it, your moves will not work.

If you do it slowly, your opponent will have a lot of time to move away or counter-attack. If you do it fast but have no power, your strike has no effect to your opponent.

We recommend training with your partner. Then you can get to know exactly how to use it in a fight for self defense or in the fighting competition. When you practice martial arts, concentrate your mind. You should be aware of every move. You can wear gloves and guard so that you and your opponent do not get hurt during sparring.

Have some fun with your training. If you enjoy it, you love to do it again and again. Let's watch this video.

Hope you find it useful. Please feel free to express your thoughts in the comment section. If you like martial arts and want to learn more about self defense, check out some of my recent posts.
