3000m test: April 13 2024

Preparing for the 10km next week, I thought it wouldn't be bad to participate in a 3000m control to pick up some pace. 10'51" is already not bad, but I'll need over 20 seconds less in June at the championship...

Claudia did a good first 300m hurdles with 52'13" and after that a 14th time in over 100 girls at the 100m which is also a good start. 14"09
